UV oven:

• Ga lamp + 2 Hg lamps
• 1 height adjustable Hg lamp for gloss control
Spraying:
• One Cefla Easy sprayer 2000 + 2 oven with adjustable IR lamps and velocity control.
• One Cefla Uni -sprayer for UV spraying of moldings.
• One manual spray both with hang conveyer equipment + reciprocator for electrostatic high rotation bell.
• One Sames electrostatic bell.
Curtain coating:
• One curtain coater
Caalandering:
• One Barberan machine
Flow coater:
• Prima-vent, full size for waterborne products. Requires >70L for test!!!
Oven:
• Box oven from TRIAB able to heat up to 210 °C.
